be surface ground to a minimum cleanup.

Shaft being manufactured of high quality
shafting material
Turbine wheel bore being sized
for proper interference fit to shaft
Manufacturing PG style trip body
Valve seat registers welded and
machined to re-establish standard fits
Machining of carbon ring sealing faces
to ensure positive seal
Box after machining split line & sealing faces
Rotating element is balanced to exacting standards
Pre-setting over-speed trip assembly
Installation of rotor in case
Final assembly of turbine
Unit painted with high heat resisting aluminum paint
